Frozen wheat steamed buns with brown sugar & red jujubes

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, brown sugar, red jujubes, sugar, yeast, sodium carbonate [E500].

Steaming: No thawing required. Once the water in the steamer boils, place the steamed buns on the steaming rack and steam them over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes. The buns are then ready to serve.
