Frozen shrimp wontons with preserved pidan (alkalized egg)

Ingredients: Wonton wrapper (wheat flour, water, salt, sodium carbonate [E500]) 44%, pork 31%, preserved pidan duck egg (duck eggs (98%), water, salt, black tea) 12%, water, sunflower oil, spring onion, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat flour, preservative [E202]), ginger, chicken stock base (MSG [E621], hydrolysed soy protein), MSG [E621], salt, sugar, oyster sauce (soybeans, wheat flour, oyster extract).

Pork: reared, slaughtered and processed in the EU.

Wonton wrappers and pidan (alkalized preserved egg): non-EU origin.

Cooking method: No defrosting required. Put the wontons into boiling water and cook for at least 8 minutes, or until the wontons float to the surface.
